Which Modules/ Subjects does Synercademy offer?
The list is available under Subjects/Modules on this website, but we are not limited to the list as we can arrange classes for any other module/subject where the numbers warrant a class.
We assist students from a broad range of institutions including, but notlimited to, UNISA, CIMA, CGISA (CIS), ICB, MANCOSA, Regent, GIBBS, IMM, Milpark...
What are study options available with Synercademy?
We offer classes online on virtual platforms and/ or face-to-face at our premises or designated sites for:
- Tuition
- Revision and Examination preparation sessions
The Tuition, Revision and Examination Preparation sessions are available separately or in combinations as per the student’s choice.
Notes are availed to all booked students and so are Examination Preparation Packs for those booked for the Examination Preparation sessions
Notes and Examination Preparation Packs are also available for purchase separately for those not interested in attending classes.
Does Synercademy provide Study Notes and Examination Packs?
Yes: for most modules/subjects, and for those not available, we are working on having notes for ALL modules/subjects that we offer! Use the “Contact Us” button to find out about the availability of your subject/module’s Notes
Does Synercademy do assignments / Portfolios of Evidence for students?
NO! We only provide guidance for booked students but the students ultimately do their own assignments/ Portfolios.
We endeavour to commence classes early in the semester so that students are equipped in time to attempt their assignments/ Portfolios when they fall due.
How do I register with Synercademy?

Include your full name & surname, email address, contact cell number, the institution you are studying with and the modules/subjects that you need assistance with.
Confirm your booking by paying the required deposit with the supplied reference or making arrangements for payment
You are booked! Just watch for class dates or for any communication from the administration team to that effect!
Does Synercademy supply prescribed textbooks?
No. We may, however, have second-hand copies available on our platform on sale by other students. Contact the administration team for any books you may need or that you may want to sell.
Do Synercademy lecturers assist with calculator functions?
Only if a student has the same make/model of calculator as their lecturer, otherwise students MUST master their own calculator functions.
It may be helpful to find the lecturer’s model before a student buys their calculator

What Discounts can one get?
Discounts are available as follows:
- Those taking a number of modules with us
- Returning students
- Full payment upfront
- Referral discount for those who refer other students who ultimately register and attend classes with Synercademy
What is the Synercademy L-Earn Concept?
It is our innovative Learn and Earn Concept: refer anyone to us and earn a commission for each sign-up!
Refer others and when a prescribed minimum number of your referrals sign-up, attend tuition for at least one of your modules FREE!!
Does Synercademy offer payment terms?
YES! Students can spread their payments across a couple of months.
We endeavour to accommodate students’ circumstances and will be open to proposals and arrangements with students.
What Payment Options does Synercademy offer?
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Credit/Debit Card Payments via our secure payment option on our website. One, however, needs to create a username and password on our website to use this facility
- Credit/ Debit Card swiping and Cash Payments on-site. We, however, discourage cash payments
- Bank/ATM Deposits
- Debit Order facilities. One needs to complete our Debit Order Form authorising Synercademy to request their bank for this.
In all options, one must ALWAYS endeavour to supply their allocated payment reference (or full name and surname) so that their payment gets allocated easily. Proof of payment must be supplied at ALL times.
My company is paying for me, what do I do?
Present them with your quote/invoice from Synercademy
If required, request us to Invoice your company by supplying the following details for your Company:
- Full registered name,
- Address,
- Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Number
- Contact person,
- Contact number, and
- Contact email address,
- Supply us with a payment guarantee letter from your company if you will start classes before payment has been effected.
How do I know if I will get value for my money?
We are a legitimate organisation with high standards and transparency.
We allow one obligation-free class attendance to allow potential students to see our facilities and meet our team before they can commit their time and money;
Testimonials from those who have experienced our service will vouch for our transparency
Subject to conditions, we offer a cash back guarantee for anyone not satisfied with our level of service.
How do the Synercademy Refunds Work?
We give prompt refunds where necessary and upon written request furnishing us with the banking details. Proof of banking details to be supplied in the form of:
- A letter from the bank reflecting banking details
- A screenshot of banking details from internet banking
- Refunds will be processed into the account of the person or entity that made the original payment.
- The person or entity that made the original payment can however request us in writing to transfer their credit to another student or any other specified beneficiary accompanied by proof of the specified beneficiary's banking details. If the request is from an entity it should be on a company letterhead.
